With the right partner, you’ll regain your abilities. You won’t know what abilities you’ll regain until you do this exercise with the right partner. This is no excuse for you to whore around with as many people possible to discover what abilities you’ll regain. Sure your sex might be on fire but you’ll suffer the consequence of giving up your serpent energy and losing your abilities if you do this with the wrong partner. They will take away your abilities and you’ll eventually end up with nothing if you keep on continuing with the wrong partner. Follow your intuition and select the right partner out of co-resonance and not for pleasure.

1. Perform the following meditation for 7 days every morning:
   
2. After 7 days, with your partner, engage in tantric sex and utilize the following erotic asphyxiation breathing/visualization technique in order to activate your Kundalini Serpent Light Body.
   1. Tantric sex MUST be performed using the Lotus position.
      
   2. Hold your partner’s hands and extend them horizontally so that your arms embody the Rod of Christ.
   3. Lock your lips securely with your partner’s lips so that you can breathe into each other’s mouths without any interruption or any air escaping each other’s mouths.
   4. When the male squeezes his right hand, the male will inhale his breath slowly as the female exhales slowly at the same pace. The male will visualize his breath rise up against his chakras starting from the base of his spine up to the sky as the female visualizes her breath starting from the sky and descend downwards into the base of her spine at the same pace.
   5. When the male squeezes his left hand, the male will exhale his breath slowly as the female inhales slowly at the same pace. The male will visualize his breath descend downwards against his chakras from the sky into the base of his spine as the female visualizes her breath starting from the base of her spine and rise up to the sky at the same pace.
   6. Repeat for a few breath cycles until you’ve mastered the mutual breathing and visualization pattern and then let go of your lips. Repeat as necessary until you’re ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that you’ve mastered the breathing and visualization technique. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you disengage and re-engage your lips continuously until you’re ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that you’ve mastered the technique and the routine becomes second nature to you both.
   7. Once you’re ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that you’ve mastered the breathing and visualization technique, engage lips once again and prepare to commence the alchemical communion with your partner.
   8. With both your arms extended horizontally, signal each other with your hands and breathe into each other’s mouths while staring into each other’s eyes until you’ve locked on to each other’s vibrational ascension frequency. BREATHE AND FLOW AS YOU FEEL YOUR MUTUAL HEART RHYTHMIC PULSATIONS AND DON’T FUCKING STOP UNTIL YOU CAN NO LONGER BREATHE WITHOUT ANYMORE OXYGEN AND EXPERIENCE NEAR DEATH AND EXPLODE
